Research interests
As a computational engineer, I am deeply passionate about creating highly efficient numerical algorithms designed for complex engineering challenges. My primary focus is on simulating multiphase transport in heterogeneous porous media, a vital area that will be central to my upcoming research endeavors. I also aim to advance engineering by integrating and developing models based on computational fluid dynamics, ensuring their robust application across diverse engineering contexts. Through these efforts, I aspire to deepen our understanding of intricate systems and contribute to innovative engineering solutions in the following fields:
Multi-phase Transport in Porous media
From the hydrocarbon reservoir simulation to biomechanics of living organs.
CFD-Driven Engineering Innovation
Integrating and developing numerical models for the simulation and optimization of engineering systems
Integrating ML CFD models
Enhancing CFD Models with Machine Learning Techniques to reach More Efficient Simulators
Current Research and Collaborations
Efficient solution for Porous Media and free Flow
I am currently developing highly efficient numerical algorithms tailored for simulations of porous media and free flow. My work involves creating models akin to multiscale methods, aimed at achieving significant computational savings while addressing problems at their original scale. Although these models share some similarities with multiscale techniques, they differ distinctly in mathematical formulation, methodology, and implementation.
Revolutionizing a Steel Grating Factory Efficiency
As part of my sabbatical leave in the grating industry, I am working on a simulation-optimization tool designed as machine-learning based commercial software for this factory environment. This tool aims to enhance operational efficiencies and provide industry-specific solutions, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical application. Through collaborative efforts and innovative methodologies, I am committed to advancing the field and contributing to impactful real-world applications.
